Enrollment form should be completed for each student. The form may be completed online by clicking on the link below.
The following documents are required for the student’s enrollment:
a copy of your child’s immunization records,
a copy of your child’s birth certificate/Passport/ID.
a copy of most recent tax returns (Form 1040)

Following to student’s evaluation and receiving the above documents, the school will inform the parents about the final enrollment decision. Noor Academy of Arizona’s admission involves evaluation of the candidate students with respect to his/her academic level, values, character, behavior, and self-motivation.
